Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No 466570, case No 318364, circa 1945. Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer.

C. massive, polished, teardrop lugs, stepped bezel. D. satined silver with applied pink gold indexes and Roman numerals + "guilloche" auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer graduation. "Baton " pink gold hands. M. 13 "' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balancespring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm.
