Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 420669, case No. 261751, circa 1937. Extremely fine and rare, cushion shaped, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, telemeter and pulsometer.
C. massive, polished, satined, lapidated bezel and lugs. D. matt silver with painted Ai abic numerals and indexes + auxiliary seconds and 45 minutes register dials, outer telemeter and pulsometer graduation for 30 pulsations. "Baton" gold hands. M. 13''' gilt brass, 17 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 33 x 39 mm.
