Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 457689, case No. 292466, circa 1944. Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with triple date and moon phases.
C. massive, polished, overhanging teardrop lugs, stepped band. D. two-tone silver with applied gold small Arabic numerals and indexes + auxiliary seconds dial, outer graduation for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the lunations. "Baton" pink gold hands. M. 12 1/2"' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, antishock system, self-compensating Breguet balancespring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm.
