Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 463695, case No. 328675, circa 1945. Very fine and rare, astronomic, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with triple date and moon phases.
C. massive, polished, overhanging teardrop lugs, stepped band. D. two-tone silver with applied gold large Arabic numerals and indexes + auxiliary seconds dial, outer graduation for the clays of the month, apertures for the clays of the week, the months and the lunations. "Baton" blued steel hands. M. 12 1/2"' rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, antishock system, self-compensating Breguet balancespring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm.
