Vacheron & Constantin, Geneve, No. 439525, case No. 280865, made for the British Navy in 1942. Fine silver, keyless deck chronometer, in a brass cylindrical box with screwed bezel, fixed in original wooden box.

White enamel with bold Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds with registration number: 9525. Blued steel -spade" hands. M. 20"', rhodium plated, "fausses cotes" decoration. 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good s condition. Diam. 59 mm.
