Extremely fine, rare and important, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, two barels, power-reserve indication and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle.

Two-body, solid, polished, stepped bezel, straight lugs, transparent case back to view the movement, sapphire crystals. Silvered solid gold with « clous de Paris » décoration, applied yellow gold Roman numerals and triangular indexes, graduation for the up-and-down indication at 12, aperture for the tourbillon regulator under a polished steel bridge at 6, carrying a subsidiary seconds hand. Yellow gold Dauphine hands. Cal. 1760, 13 lines, rhodium-plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 28 jewels, lateral lever escapement, one-minute tourbillon regulator with polished steel arms, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, twin barrels.
