Extremely fine and very rare, tonneau-shaped, skeletonized, water-resistant, 18K pink gold wristwatch with visible one-minute tourbillon regulator, power-reserve indicator, date and an 18K pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, Certificate of Authenticity, push-pin and spare strap.

Three-body, solid, polished, fluted lugs, transparent case back with 6 screws, sapphire crystals. Transparent with 18K pink gold opalescent ring dials for the hours and minutes, the date at 2, the power-reserve at 10, the one-minute tourbillon regulator under a polished steel bridge, carrying the subsidiary seconds hand. Black and gray hands. Cal. 1790, hand-engraved and skeletonized, rhodium-plated, 27 jewels, lateral lever escapement, one-minute tourbillon regulator with Maltese Cross-shaped steel tourbillon carriage, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Case and movement signed.
