Very fine and rare, thin, skeletonized, 18K yellow gold and diamond-set wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Vacheron & Constantin pouch and guarantee (now void).

Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, straight lugs, snap on case back, the winding crown set with a cabochon sapphire, sapphire crystal. Skeletonized, outer gold ring set with 108 diamonds with baton quarter-hour indexes between. Black "feuille" hands. Cal. 1006, engraved gilt brass, 17 jewels, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance-spring, index regulator.
