Reference 4083 is one of the rarest and most unusual chronographs made by Vacheron Constantin. Made from the late 1930’s it features very unusual mobile lugs that are attached to a fixed hooded lug giving it a unique double cylindrical look. According to scholars only 6 examples were made in yellow gold and 12 in rose gold.
