Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, telemeter, tachometer and an 18K yellow gold Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by a Vacheron & Constantin fitted box and the Extract from the Archives.

Three-body, solid, polished, rounded band, snap-on case back, teardrop lugs. Silver with applied pink gold round indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer 1/5th seconds track with 5-second Arabic markers, tachometer graduation and telemeter scale. Pink gold baton hands. Cal. V492, rhodium-plated, fausses-côtes decoration, 19 jewels, straight- line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to temperatures, self-compensating Breguet balance spring.
