Fine, thin, cushion-shaped, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold buckle. Accompanied by a Vacheron Constantin pouch.

K 1120 stamped with the Geneva quality hallmark, rhodium plated, fausses cotes decoration, 36 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, 21K rotor segment.
