VACHERON & CONSTANTIN REF. 6510 COIN WATCH Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, No. 588929, case No. 421363. Ref. 6510. Made in the 1980's. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch inserted in a U.S. 20 Dollar gold coin dated 1904 with an 18K yellow Vacheron & Constantin buckle. Accompanied by original fitted box.

Double case, solid, polished, straight lugs, the coin opening through a push-piece in the band. Champagne with painted baton indexes. Blued steel baton hands. Cal. 1003, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium- plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, self-compensating flat balance spring.
