A very fine and very rare, self-winding, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with daydate calendar, power-reserve indication and transparent caseback screwed by 6 screws. Made in a limited edition of 501 pieces in 18K yellow gold for the 250th Anniversary of Vacheron Constantin in 2005.
