Silver, open-face, key-winding, round-shaped, “day-and-night” pair-cased pocket watch.

Polished outer silver pair case (later); polished silver case.

Silver champlevé dial, with, in the upper part, the semi-circular indication of the hours in Roman numerals (VI-XII-VI), and, on the outside, the minutes in Arabic numerals indicated from five to five; in the aperture, an engraved rotating disc giving the indication of the nocturnal hours by a sky studded with stars and a moon, and, of the diurnal hours by a radiant sun; blued steel minute hand.

Movement 18’’’, gilded brass, fusee and chain, verge escapement, monometallic balance (polished steel) and blued steel flat hairspring, pierced and engraved gilded English cock with a bust of a lady.
