WITTNAUER REF. 8024 PROFESSIONAL CHRONOGRAPH Wittnauer, Professional Chronograph, Ref. 8024. Made circa 1960. Fine, water resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph, registers and tachometer. Accompanied by a pouch.

Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, lapidated lugs. Bicolor matte silver and black with applied steel and black inlay baton indexes, luminous dots, subsidiary guilloché black dials for the seconds, the 30 minute and 12-hour registers, outer 1/5th second and tachometer graduations. Luminous steel and black inlay baton hands. Cal. 72, rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
