Green veined marble and gilded brass, 8-days going, keyless-winding (bezel-set and wound), desk clock in the shape of a ball placed on its square matching stand; gilded dial with subsidiary seconds at 6 and power reserve indication at 12.

The base of this clock is like a semi-circular socket that fits the case of the time-ball; it is therefore mobile and can be orientated in any way you wish to make it easier to read the time. This type of base was available in square or octagonal shape.
