Yellow Gold Medical Chronograph Zenith, case No. 598737. Made in the 1940s. Fine, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, pulsometer, and an 18K yellow gold Gay Frères mesh bracelet.
C. Three-body, solid, polished, cadenas lugs, concave bezel, snap-on case back. D. Black with baton, 12 and 6 Arabic indexes, inner minute/seconds track, outer pulsometer scale, subsidiary dials for the seconds and 45 minute register. Yellow gold feuille hands. M. 13.5???, rhodium-plated, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance spring, micrometric regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 34 mm. Thickness 11 mm. Approx overall length 190 mm.
