ZENITH EL PRIMERO CHRONOGRAPH STEEL Zenith, Chronograph, automatic, El Primero, case No. 903D648. Made in the 1970s. Fine and rare, tonneau-shaped, self-winding, water-resistant stainless steel wristwatch with round button chronograph, tachometer, registers and date.

Two-body, polished and brushed, flat bezel, lapidated lugs, screw-down case back. Tan-color with applied luminous steel baton indexes, outer 1/5th seconds track and tachometer scale to 500 UPH, subsidiary guilloché dials for the seconds, the 30-minute and 12-hour registers, aperture for the date between 4 and 5. Luminous steel baton hands. Cal. 3019PHC, rhodium-plated, 31 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, index regulator.
