Inside back cover with a black enamel scene depicting depicting two anthropomorphic goat-like figures, possibly representing satyrs or fauns. One is larger and holding a staff, while the other is a child. The design has a classical or mythological feel to it, possibly inspired by ancient Greek or Roman mythology.
