Gilt wood framed, oil on canvas, dominated by a castle by a river with a clock in its tower, two punts and a paddle steamer on the river, right bank wooded with several small buildings and a road, in the extensive background several small hamlets and castles under mountains and a cloudy sky. Brass, square, with going barrels for the going and the striking trains, anchor escapement, silk suspension, pendulum with brass bob.
